The definitive allocation of rooms is conditioned to the confirmation of the occupation through the payment of the deposit and the first moth fee and the sending of the following documents:
The bank statement of the payment or transfer that proves the payment of the deposit and the first accommodation fee. The amount to pay for the deposit will be 600 euros (250 euros will be taken of for the reservation) and this should be paid into the bank account that appears in the document.
The fully completed and signed contract.
Two passport-sized photos.
Photocopy of the D.N.I, passport or NIE (for foreigners).
The no formalization and the application will be rejected if you fail to provide any of the documents above.
