Program Description
A living museum, there is no city more appropriate for the study of art management than Florence. This certificate examines the management of various facilities and institutions from a cultural management perspective. ESE students will have the opportunity for daily interaction with the organisation and events of our partner company, Aria Art Gallery, located adjacent to the ESE Florence centre (www.ariaartgallery.com)
The courses are delivered through a series of tutorials and seminars including case studies and group projects. Assessment is made through a group project and presentation, an individual essay and a final exam. Participants are expected to undertake at least two hours per week of independent study. Upon successful completion of the four modules, students are awarded an ESE certificate.
